Cancellation Policy

Overview

At TOBY CURTIS PUMPING AND CUTTING, we understand that project schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services may be canceled or rescheduled. Our goal is to remain fair, transparent, and respectful to all clients while maintaining efficient operations.

Cancellation Notice

Clients are required to provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. This allows us to adjust scheduling and allocate resources effectively.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee, especially if equipment, personnel, or transportation has already been assigned to the job.

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations may incur charges up to the minimum service call fee to cover operational costs already incurred.

Rescheduling

We allow rescheduling based on availability. We encourage clients to contact us as early as possible to secure an alternative date and avoid additional charges.

Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management discretion.
